Return & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a sellable condition, meaning: it must be returned in its original packaging and must not have any damage. If you would like to return the item, please email us at contact@cosarit.de and we will help you.
We have a 14-day return policy, i.e. H. You have 14 days after receiving the goods to request a return.
Returns are at the buyer's expense. In the event of an exchange of the goods, we will cover the return shipping costs. (Applies to exchanging an order). Please note that all products returned to our warehouse will be subject to a restocking fee of €14.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cosarit.de. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. It is important to mention that you must create your own return label and pay the full amount for the return. Items returned to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can find a good solution to the problem as quickly as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method. You will receive a refund of the sales price minus the return shipping costs. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and transfer the refund.
